THE CATERER SERIES (30 x 8) The Caterer has double doors with double slide-out trays in each door. The oven is located over the firebox and is 2 foot and 36 inches in size. In the top of the oven are 3 hanging racks with meat hooks. This series has two-zone heating with separate controls for the oven. Also a full roof with 4' foldout flap. In the front of this rig is a propane rack and a storage box with a screened in area. The trailer has new 15" tires with a 3500 lbs axle and a 2" ball.

THE HOG SERIES (30X8)

This rig has a single door with double slide-out trays. The oven is 2 foot x 36 inch and is located over the firebox. This series has 3 slide-out trays, hanging racks with meat hooks in the top of the oven. This rig is two-zone heating with separate controls for the oven. The hog has a full roof with a 4 foot foldout flap. Also a propane rack and storage box in the front with a screened-in area. The trailer for this series has a 3500 lbs axel with a 2-inch ball and brand new 15-inch tires.

The Great Grandad Series (48X12)

The Great Grandad series, much like the Grandad, but this one is BIGGER! This series has 72 square feet of cooking space in the main doors and can be outfitted with the third set of pull-out racks which will give you 108 square feet for cooking. This smoker has 36 square feet of cooking space in the oven with 3 pull-out racks. A fourth rack can be added which would increase the cooking space to 48 square feet. The trailer for the Great Grandad series has a tandem axle with two 3500 lbs axles and trailer breaks on the rear axle. This smoker is built out of 3/8 inch steel and is fully counterweighted to make opening and closing the doors easy. This rig has a full length cutting board; Board can also be made out of expanded metal. This series comes equipped with a propane fire starter in the firebox.

-Like all Grandad series, this smoker has a commerical series dual-fuel charbroil grill with cast iron grates and an outside burner. This unit is all stainless steal.

-The storage box is 48' x 24' aluminum tread plate and has a propane rack with regulator assembly.

-A canopy top can be added for and additional $500.00

The baffle system feeds the smoke into the top of the cooking area. Then it has to spread and descend down to exit out of the stack. The stack is located sightly lower than the racks; This creats a "bubble effect". We GUARANTEE that there will not be any hot spots.

THE GRANDAD SERIES (42 x10)

In the main door of this rig there is 54 square feet of cooking space and can be outfitted with a third set of pull out racks which will give it 80 square feet. The oven has 14.5 square feet of cooking space and also has 3 pull out racks. The trailer has a tandem axel with two 3500 lbs axles and the trailer breaks on the rear axle. This rig is built out of 3/8" thick steel and is fully counterweighted to make opening and closing the doors very easy. This series has a full length cutting board and also come equipped with a propane fire starter in the firebox.

-This rig has a commerical series charbroil grill with cast iron grates and an outside burner. This unit is all stainless steel.

blue unit above is a deluxe caterer ... running at $6950 We use a top-feed baffeling system on all our smokers that separates the firebox from the cooking area. The baffle keeps and grease from getting into the firebox area to eliminate any chance of a flash fire. The baffle also allows you to wash out the cooking area without getting the firebox wet
